Upcoming concerts

Lamb, Phoenix, Storm

Saturday, Nov 12 at 7:30 p.m.
First Presbyterian Church, Edmonton

This concert features the majesty and power of spirituality in nature - how animals and the natural world praise and give glory, and how we ourselves are moved by this and offer our own songs of worship. Featured works include Ola Gjeilo’s early-music-inspired Unicornis captivator, Abbie Betinis’ beautiful Carmina mei cordis, and Jake Runestad’s epic Proud music of the storm. Organist Marnie Geisbrecht will join us for Benjamin Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb, and if you missed the world premiere of Stuart Beatch’s stunning Songs of Renewal at our 60th anniversary gala in May 2022, you will have another chance to hear it at this concert!
